Purpose
Perform all aspects of mechanized cut and fill stoping, jumbo ramp development and lateral development.
Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform all aspects of mechanized cut and fill stoping, jumbo ramp development, and lateral development. With the exception of Jumbo drilling
• Must be able to install ground support to standard, in MCF and development headings including rehab
• Must be able to operate, mechanized bolter (large and small section) fletcher bolter would be an asset
• Must be able to operate on their own and / or with a partner
• Must be able to read, understand and follow prints
• Must be able to setup the workplace in a safe and productive fashion
• Other work as assigned by supervisor

Training and Education

• High School Diploma.
• Underground Common Core Certificate
• Specialty modules in required area

• U0010 Muck with Load Haul Dump (LHD) Machine

• Minimum of five (7) years mining experience including four (4) years of Development mining and stoping
• Training and licensed on operation of almost all equipment in the mine.
